Waited 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Originally brought the car in to diagnose a service warning. After the oil change and rotation my car was brought out of the shop and parked indicating to me it would be another prolonged delay to have my problem diagnosed. I opted not to have the service warning diagnosed as i have already waited the 3 hrs. This is an unreasonable amount of time for basic service. The service department representative was helpful and nice. -Scott

An issue I had is still unresolved. I was told I needed to schedule an appointment with the " master technician" to explore the problem. I would have been more than happy to ride with the mechanic assigned to the job to help diagnose the problem.

Well for one I took my Toyota Tacoma there for a recall on the dome cab light having a faulty gasket. When they inspected the truck they couldn’t do the gasket because the light was cracked so they wanted me to buy a 450$ light from them which I didn’t. Guess they never thought that the leaky gasket could be the cause of the light cracking once it filled up and froze! Imagine that. Now it gets good they also check the truck out for a recall on the paint job and they tell me if I go thru with the claim my truck could possibly be setting there for 8-10 months or until the local paint shop gets ready for it because I can’t take the truck back home with the claim being started. Sounds like to me they wanna make it as hard as possible so people will give up and not go thru with the recalls. Who knows that’s just my experience which was horrible!
