Got checked in quickly by Joseph. Wait was as expected. Driving home I felt steering pulling to left. Which it wasn’t doing before. I will have to bring back to realign. I did call to let Joseph know. I’ll call back to schedule.

Cking in/out was fine, the middle was aggravating-oil change & software update started at 9 am-sat in the waiting area until 11:45 when I finally asked what was going on w/my car-turns out the WiFi was spotty & not downloading. You would think, if they’re having issues to let the customer know-I shouldn’t have had to ask; I did get a loaner after I said something. I don’t normally complain but that was beyond normal practices
