Took my car in because my car was turning off while I was driving.They did a diagnostic and found the problem .Charged me $650 to fix the problem, they called me saying my car is ready. I go and pay for your service. While I’m driving home my car turns off, the exact problem why I took my car in. I payed $650. So my car could have the same problem. If you want me to rate your service it would be a zero.

It was unclear when online I authorized ok on service it included upcharge for cabin filter then gave me total of $83.i paid onine and when I picked up car I was told bill was was $80 more for cabin filter. The extra should have been noted when I oked service. Bill was adj by charging for the part only $30, I do the cabin filer myself for a cost of $18 using geniune Kia parts. Everything Else was great

Michael is the best service person I have ever had since I’ve started driving! Make sure you guys give him a raise. He is very diligent and he provides service as if it was his own vehicle. He is pleasurable calming and I love his attitude.
