Checkin was ok as was the service. But 2nd time in a row,I wasnt informed that my car was ready.i had to phone and there was a lack of communication.they were waiting to hear if I wanted the car washed. But never asked me that! I ended up being stuck in traffic on the way home due to how late in the day pickup ended up being. Then I received a text saying my car was ready to pick up, about an hour after I picked it up! I wont bring it in again for service unless something that only takes a half day. Too frustrating to deal with such a lack of communication
