Getting in contact with representative and getting the part ordered was a long process. Then, I turned my vehicle in at 9am and it didn’t even go back for service until 3:30pm then it had to stay overnight and wasn’t available until mid-afternoon. Phone tag experience was terrible. Your texting system doesn’t work - I would get a text and reply and never get a response.

My Honda Pilot check engine light was on due to not tightening the gas cap. Easy Honda charged me $145 to check the computer for that error., which is excessive. Andres told me that the $145 diagnostic charge would be applied to the repair, which it wasn’t.
