1. Complimentary car wash is not proper. Earlier it used to be very good. Inside vacuum cleaning was not yet all done.
2. It took very long time to complete the maintenance. Though it was a regular maintenance. Earlier it used to be quick and not less work.

Andres is freaking awesome. He is excellent at communicating and updated me daily with the status of my car. I never once worried about what was going on with it or when I would get it back because I trusted Andres to take care of it. He also was able to set me up with the proper wrecker to tow my car that had no tires. Super accommodating and went above and beyond. That dude NEEDS a promotion + raise!! Maria was extremely helpful when I dropped off my vehicle. I came in for an actual repair in addition to normal maintenance, and Maria broke down the prices for exactly what I was paying for over the phone. I was able to work with her on different options for how to best repair my vehicle for the best price. I typically bring my vehicles to a mechanic that I’ve known for years after having multiple dealerships jerk me around, but Maria was actually honest with me. I would absolutely come back here as long as Maria Miranda was in charge of looking after my car.
