Very pleased with the battery change. It was only 24 months on a 100 mo battery life. No cost under warranty. Shop also regressed my Odyssey sliding doors at no cost. Surprised totally. Car was in/ out in reasonable time despite short staff. Great service and why I keep coming back.

The car went in to have a check engine light evaluated. The easy dealership team indicated it was evap purge system needed to be repaired . I authorized the repair and was told the car would be ready first thing in morning . I went the next morning and was forced to wait over 60 minutes. I was told the evap system was repaired but since it was dirty the cel may come back on. At that point I was extremely late for work. I told them to simply re assemble the car so I could leave. I was charged over $ 400. I drove to work and less than 5 miles the check engine light returned. I took the car to memorial Conoco. They made the same repair. Only charged $270 and the check engine light did not return. Consequently I am reasonably sure that the dealership correctly identified the problem but then did not perform the repair and cheated me out of 400. Additionally they indicated there was a Freon leak from a hose and that it needed to be repaired. I had memorial conoco check the ac system. They confirmed the pressure was low but there was no leak. Consequently it appears that the dealership intentionally lowered the pressure to induce me into spending money on unneeded repairs. I was shopping for a new car at easy Honda however after this experience at the service area and reading numerous internet posts about fraudulent activities at the dealership I decided to end any future business relationships with easy Honda. Please sell the dealership it is close to my house and I would like to have a nice dealership near my house.

I was told my oil change & checking of an issue I mentioned would take 2 hours and it took over 9 hours. I asked them to look at the backup camera as it doesn’t show upon putting car in reverse. They never looked at it, woth their eyes. Said they ran it through a “test”, hence the 9 hr wait and said nothing was wrong. Problem not fixed and issue is still there. Worst maintenance experience ever. Would never recommend this place.
