I had requested to have my splash guards and parking sensors to be installed by the easy honda location because it is a location that I TRUST. However it's been a nightmare since the beginning of the process. They drilled holes into my side rear panels by accident and agreed to get new panels painted and coated with cilajet as was previously applied on my car. Mind you that my car is brand new just bought less than a week ago. I asked them to take their time fixing the issue and they lent me a loner car, the loner car was at 5% oil life when I received it, they kept my car for almost a week and when I got it back I noticed that one of the panels they painted and replaced has surface scratches on it, the other panel has paint bubbling from what one can consider a bad paint job. The areas where they installed the sensors one on the rear area has scratches all over the hole where they drilled into, one of the sensors on the front is not fully seated properly and there is a gap in which water can seep into the sensor, not to mention the screws where my splash guards were installed are ALMOST COMPLETLY STRIPPED. I am beyond upset and disappointed in how badly this installation has been handled. I have already addressed some of the issues with Johnny the service manager but now will be contacting him again tomorrow over the new issues I have found. I expect A LOT more from you all. I had taken my old car to be serviced by this location for 12 years and when my car got totalled out due to a driver running a red light I was devastated, but chose to buy another Honda because I have always known great service, quality,and reliability from your cars and from this locations service abilities. HOWEVER, these recent events have tainted all that and sadly during this time that I have had to luckily get a new car ESPECIALLY during this worldwide epidemic and stress and heartbreak of buying a new car. I REALLY hope that your location will fix these issues and renew my faith in the quality of your services because as of RIGHT NOW those hopes and faith are EXTREMELY low. Please also note that Maria has been nothing but helpful and thoughtful this process. She deserves credit for trying to be as helpful as she can be throughout this.
