Several had their tires rotated but the technician did not check the air pressure so when I left and started driving my low air pressure gage came on and I had to return to the dealership after I left. They had to fill my tires. There were several with the same problem. I am surprised the technician Did not check the air pressure in my tires or the other people’s tires when he finished rotating my tires.

Dropped car off at 0700 for b15 maintenance; returned at 0930 and was told they were behind from yesterday so that it would not be ready until 12 or 1pm. I told honda rep (joshua) that i wish i had been told this initially. He said he assumed i knew (what!!!! Did he think i freaken work for honda, why would he assume!?) i told him i wish he had told me, he should not assume but ok to please call me when done. Honda rep calls me at 12:30 to tell me quote but would call me in 5minutes to let me know if complete. 2.5 hrs went by and no call so i went up there extremely livid, was told car was done that he was just getting receipt ready. I waited again patiently for another 20minutes until i asked the front cashier if she could please ask Joshua to complete this so i could go because i as well have things to do. I will never return to this branch again. The worst communication skills and lack of professionalism. Terrible experience and trust me i will tell friends and family to stay away from this particular location unless your willing to loose an entire day for a simple maintenance minder.

We just wanted to have the car tire patched and check the water pump but the crew ended up checking all other parts that we intended not to be checked at that time due to time constraint. The process took so long of a wait. My husband and my father ended up not having lunch and picking the kids late. Recommendation for better service in the future and to be respectful of the customer’s time is to address what the customer only needs at the time of visit and just recommend if they need to have their vehicle be checked further that they may make another schedule visit.
