This dealership is really going downhill quickly. The business model seems to be to make cut backs and maximize profit at the expense of the customers. My service advisor Rudy was fine but the service manager Mr. Cantu is condescending and needs to retrained on how to interact professionally with customers. I merely wanted to inquire as too why the oil change prices increased from $54.99 to $79.99. Me. Cantu made the completely unnecessary and inappropriate comment of “Rudy does not make up the prices”. I never hinted towards that even being a possibility and I have no idea why he would feel the need to speak to me in that rude manner. I was never disrespectful to him at any point in our conversation. I simply wanted to inquire of the price increase if the oil change.
I purchased my vehicle here prior to Easy Honda taking over and have always serviced my Honda here. I will never return again because of the pricing, of Mr. Cantu, the cutbacks and eerie environment created at Easy Honda.

I had an appointment for recall work. At check in I was told they might not be able to do the work that day as the appointment was only to discuss doing the work. I pushed back as that is quite frankly nuts. It is recall work... what is there to discuss? I make appt, I come in and you do work. I eventually got it done but the rep was condescending and difficult. Will go through entire experience when you call.

I’ve taken my Hondas to this dealership location for years. The excellence of the service team is the reason I bought my CRV here. Erik Baatz has been the service writer for many of my maintenance visits over the years. He is excellent. He has always listened carefully to my descriptions of my car problems and given me an honest analysis of whatever repairs are needed. He’s also given great advice on how to maintain my vehicle and avoid possible future problems. As long as Easy Honda maintains the excellent service I’ve experienced in the past, I will be a loyal customer.
