I’m disappointed that service package I paid for when I purchased my car is no longer available to be service with Easy Honda. I’m disappointed is the significant price increase for an oil change as well as the discontinuation of the rewards program. My car has only been services at SPRING BRANCH HONDA now Easy Honda but these change are stirring me to look at other options. Clearly customer loyalty no longer is a mutually beneficial attribute. As for my service provider, Maria, she is great and I love working with her. I’m glad to see her back.

First of all, called a number and the person said he couldn’t help me (sales) and I needed to dial another number. Upgrade your system to transfer a call! I think the “team support” you are running is horrible! I got transferred approx 5 times just to get a quote on the work required and set an appointment for my repairs. Finally, was able to get assistance from Luis Flores who was very helpful. However, later in the day when I called for status, the person “in service dept” could not give me status. I had to call back for Luis only. Train your people to work and service as a “team”. If you are a “customer service” representative, you should be able to assist a customer. This new generation (which is what you have) totally lacks good customer service skills. Unless Management is also from the millennial erra then we are all in trouble. Overall, I give your service dept a 3 star.

We are having a problem with the minivan sliding door not closing, problem not fixed door is still having a problem closing . Honestly, I think they only did the oil change and did not check the problem with the door because they made us wait for the car 45 minutes! They said the car would be ready at 2:15pm and we waited 45 minutes for it even though we said we had to pick up our kids from school. When we called to see what time the car would be ready they passed us around on the phone for about 10 minutes like no one wanted to talk to us over the phone. Not impressed , I think we are going to try the Honda in Katy instead maybe they can fix the problem with the door.
