Rick was so helpful! There was a creaking sound coming from my steering wheel and we took a test drive around the parking lot so that he could listen to what I was hearing. He listened to all my concerns and got that part replaced. He was so easy to work with. Give him a raise!

I left the car at the dealership on Saturday afternoon for state inspection and for fixing an issue with the boot. The representative said that he will give me a call regarding the work to be done by the end of the day which I did not receive. I gave the dealership a call Monday afternoon since I was yet to get a status update. The representative said that there were some delays in getting the parts for the boot and should be done by Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon I get a call saying that the work is still not completed because all the parts have not arrived and most likely will be done only by Wednesday. I finally got the car on Wednesday afternoon. One would expect the dealership to know when the parts would arrive and give a clear date and time for completion of the job. If delays were expected, a loaner car would have definitely helped ease the struggle of not having a car for 3 days in a city like Houston.
