I was not scheduled with Brittnie the day I took my vehicle in, but was lucky enough that she showed up when she did. I previously had a very pleasant experience with her, and this was no different. She went above and beyond to help get me the vehicle serviced when my sales rep was not around. She was very thorough and provided many updates along the way. I never felt like I was just waiting and nothing was happening. Even having to leave the vehicle overnight unexpectedly, she was able to make that a pleasant and convenient experience. Pierre was very professional. On another note, encountering your rollover call service was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a call service. I made two calls and they were both a disaster. If I was not loyal to Easy Honda I would have gone to another dealership for service. I suggest someone from management pose as a customer to experience the call for yourself. Completely unacceptable.
