Easy Honda service department tried very hard to accommodate the customers needs — I would rank them 10 out of 10
In this case they also had to work with the insurance on a cracked windshield — and did so efficiently and without hassle to the owner

Erica it was a quick and efficient agent who helped me get the service that I needed for my car. She was friendly and approachable. She spoke to me person-to-person not car expert to someone lacking car expertise. I was also very impressed with the condition my car was returned. Erica had asked me if I would like it to be washed to which I said yes. It came back extremely clean and Will vacuumed and dusted inside as well. That made me extremely happy.

I took my car so you can run a diagnostic test this past Tuesday. After I picked up the car and after i arrived home, opened the hood and found the plastic cover of the manifold was not secured in place, and the bolts of two of the ignition coils were sitting on top of the manifold, basically these two coils were not secured as well. That was my first time taking a vehicle to this place. I have to admit, this is carelessness and poor service.
