Joshua was helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. Technicians didn’t drive the car to reset things after the battery was replaced. Joshua took care of it and reset everything for me. Also, when I got there Joshua was not available, so Maria took care of me quickly and got me checked in. So glad you have been able to retain many of the stellar employees from Spring Branch Honda. A complaint I do have is the use of a call center. When I had a question about what was wrong with my car since several brake warning lights came on, The person I was speaking to was not knowledgeable, told me I’d have to make an appointment to bring the car in, and that there was no way for me to talk with anyone in the service dept., had to go through them. I didn’t know if my car was safe to drive. I have been a Spring Branch Honda customer 20ish years, purchased my last two cars there, and continued to be a loyal customer after Easy Honda took over. Using a call center is a change that is not an improvement in customer service, just the opposite:(. Another change that diminishes customer service was getting rid of your cashiers. Customers now have to stand outside waiting for their person to be available, finish up with another customer etc. It’s hot, humid, and no one wants to be standing out there.
