I dropped my car off for an appointment at 10:30am. I did not pick up my car until 2:00pm. This was very unacceptable and defeated the purpose of an appointment. Very upset with this experience.

Their was a multi point inspection you are not even checking vipor liquid or air pressure thats a basic things to check and when you open the break fluid tank to check the levels then you need to close it but the cap was kept on top of the car. What if Costumer did not check all these? Disappointed with the service.

He provided me with more information than I expected, which was very helpful and even educated me about how I should further maintain my vehicle.
