My SUV is the same condition as when I took it for service, tire pressure is low and the suspension problem mechanic was supposed to fix din’t do his job as my car is still the same. Very disappointed

I was told 3 separate expected times to complete the service on my car. At first I was told it would be a 30 minute job, then I was told 2 hours, then it turned into 8 hours. That’s not okay. Can’t plan anything for work and other activities when I’m being told 3 different times for the completion of service.
