Took an incredibly long time. Was told it would take a long time because of a phone call needed to be made to the tire protection company, yet that call wasn’t made until three and a half hours in from me waiting in your waiting room. I made it clear that I was waiting there and in the middle of my work day but the work order was not treated with any sense of urgency whatsoever. There were maybe two other people in and out of the waiting room the whole time so it wasn’t extremely busy. I would have rather not been lied to about the call and told they were busy or backed up with an estimate of time so I could make other arrangements instead of twiddling my thumbs for 4 hours. Your “time is money” posterboard outside your service drive thru is quite taunting.
