If April Sterling is the person who checked me out after service completion, my satisfaction is high. This is due primarily to the thoroughness of her information provided about the ongoing safety notice issue over the battery hold-down device in RAV4's. If April Sterling is the person who checked me in at the start of my service appointment, then I would have to retract my compliments, as this (different) person did not provide a thorough response to my same question about RAV4 batteries. I really appreciate being able to get an appointment at 1:00 pm. I am 74 and it is a 40 minute drive one way to Palmiero. If I leave too early I can get so sleepy in the afternoon that it is difficult to drive home. Sometimes I do not fall asleep until 5 am. I really need to sleep late on those days. I c an not know ahead of time. So I just do not make early appointments. I am a good driver. But part of that is knowing my limitations. So I really appreciate getting an appointment in the afternoon. Thank you so much. I was pleased with the service.
