The accessibility tech was dismissive of our concerns about wetness on the floor. While he did supposedly have the van under a "shower" for 20 minutes, we know from being in the vehicle that the wetness isn't coming from above but rather up from underneath somehow. The Fire extinguisher and it's bracket have also become unattached from their designated location since they worked on the vehicle and it has never moved the entire time we have had the vehicle prior to this. There was also dirt from the tech's shoes on the driver's side platform when we could clearly see that you have paper floor coverings right where we drop off the vehicle that should have been used.

Even though it took a little longer than anticipated, the service was extraordinary. My Camry is older, and Jeff was meticulous in repairing the little things that could leave me stranded on the highway. I am very impressed with the service given at Palmeiro Toyota. ????
