And the person I spoke to who checked me in was SO HELPFUL and found some information we needed to try to solve an issue with my van. I get awesome service at Palmiero Toyota!! Door sill had brown scuff marks from the Technician's boot. There was a brown stain on the headliner above the door.
The interior stank of solvent. It gave me a headache on the way home and took a couple hours with the windows open to finally dissipate.
