Steering wheel was dirty. I know because I had just detailed the interior a day ago and felt it as soon as I got in to drive away. I had to clean it with a wet wipe. Not a huge deal, just wanted to let you know.

Everyone treated me with respect. My only concern is when I scheduled my appointment I was told my recall would take about 3 hours. Was not aware that they had to work it into their schedule. Hopefully for future customers this will be pointed out to them. I spent over 4 and a half hours waiting for my car to be serviced only to find out it hadn’t even been started.
