Your receptionist/ person who took my information, who is explained that I didn't have my phone and that I needed to be connected by my girlfriend's phone if there were any problems, she contacted/ called my phone, so I never received the message that my truck failed inspection, because of of a minor infraction that could have been resolved if I could have talked to a person instead I left very unhappy, & uninspired, I have 2 newer Toyotas and choose to have your dealership to service my vehicle's which I will now have them serviced in erie, by the way I know a whole lot of people!

The wrong month was installed on my inspection and emissions sticker. I went back to have it corrected and after I was told I was wrong it finally got resolved. But had to wait 30 minutes for your mistake. The service department seemed like they could give 2 shits about there mistake. I would have at least put a rush on resolving the problem. First time at your dealership for service and left very disappointed.
