Failed to explain impact of taking a loaner vs. waiting in your lounge. Wasted most of the day because I took the loaner and was reduced in priority to those that waited in your lounge instead of driving around Meadville. Lost several hours of time. In future advise customers of impact if taking loaner...reduced priority.

Mary was great, but other things are consistently bad. When people come into the lobby the workers completely ignore the customers until they call a name.They have ignored people waiting for as long as I've been coming. However, after they call your name the workers are always friendly and helpful. Its become entertaining for me to watch every time I come in, because I've never experienced anything like it.

For one thing, I really appreciate that Palmiero Toyota is very dog-friendly. My wife is out of town this week, so I didn't want to leave our poodle-mix Mitsy home alone for a potentially long and busy day at Palmiero.
