Everyone in service went out of their way to help me & explain things. The loaner car was very helpful because my husband is disabled & has a lot of appointments. Out salesman. They didn’t measure the tread left on the tires. I can look but that isn’t good for a decision. They didn’t notice the tire icon being lit. I believe the lumpty lump I can feel is in a tire or a wheel but we’ll address that later. Otherwise everything seems ok.
