I mentioned that my home link randomly stopped pairing with my garage door opener. And was told that’s a tech department issue and nothing more was done about it. Everything else was serviced was fine.

Radio/Phone/Navigation screen still goes black if you don't wait the appropriate time before putting the vehicle in gear. Have to shut off vehicle and wait a few minutes before restarting to reset the screen. It happened the very day I picked up my vehicle. Could be just the manufacturing design of the Rav4.

The reason why I buy my vehicles from this dealership is I really like the service department and employees like Mary and how they are very kind and explain everything.

I made the appointment for my vehicle at 8:15am. I called to check the status of it at approximately 10:15am, and it had just then been brought into the building. Yes, it was a drop off, but I informed the young lady who made my appointment that I got off work at Walmart at 1, and needed to be able to have the truck ready to go then. When I called for the status update, I was told it would be done by 5. I stated that no, it needed to be completed by 1, as that is when I got off work and needed to be home for my child. I was then told that drop off appointments are "squeezed in when there's time". I had a scheduled time for my vehicle, and the fact that it was being brought into the garage at the time it should have reasonably been completed by rather aggravated me. I was NOT informed when I made the appointment that it would be "squeezed in", I made an appointment for a specific time to ensure that it would be completed in the time I needed it to be. Other times I have dropped my vehicle off before I went to work, and the appointment time I made was always kept, or it was completed early. Also, when the vehicle was purchased, we were informed by Ryan that we would have free oil changes and inspections. I have brought the truck in for several oil changes, and have paid for two. One when it was early, and again today. Ive had more than one oil change in the past 12 months, and only paid for today's. I was quite frustrated with my service today.

On the phone, you led me to believe that the service would be free. But in the end you charged me $34.44 for an emissions test. You should have told me that up front. Other than that, the service was fine.
