They didn’t measure the tread left on the tires. I can look but that isn’t good for a decision. They didn’t notice the tire icon being lit. I believe the lumpty lump I can feel is in a tire or a wheel but we’ll address that later. Otherwise everything seems ok.

Thank you for handling my tires today.
I left a voicemail with the service department yesterday asking that if I needed an oil change to please do it today. I’m assuming that you didn’t think it needed done. I also asked for you to swap out the back wiper blade that was irregular at the time that you put it in and I was charged for it today. It actually never worked from the time that you put it in. I went with that brand because I know it’s something Allison Palmiero raves about.
