My vehicle service experience was extremely poor. My service appointment was scheduled at 8:45am. I received a call from the service advisor around 4pm stating they hadn’t got around to repairing my vehicle and would need to keep it overnight. A loaner vehicle was not offered. The repairs were completed the next day. Upon operation of my vehicle, it was immediately obvious that my touchscreen system was somehow affected. The screen repeatedly turns on and off while driving and none of the buttons are workable.

You always do a good job on the maintenance. The through inspection and topping off the tire pressure and washer fluid is appreciated. One time I had a problem before a trip and you helped me out of a jam on short notice. I have all the maintainance on our Toyota done at Palmiero.

We asked for the 35,000 mile service to be done. On arrival, the gentleman said 45,000 mile service, correct? No, 35,000.
The paperwork we were given on completion of the work states 45,000 mile service done at customer's request with 35,009 miles on the odometer!
As with every time we get something done at Palmiero, there's always an issue!!
