Call kept dropping today after receptionist transferred to service desk. At check-in, it is nice when an employee cares about saying good morning. The mean who sat next to Jeff today wasn’t great to be honest. When I came to pick up my vehicle, she was negative and unprofessional when I said I didn’t want to back my sienna out do the garage to leave.
She was not polite and she reluctantly moved the truck from in front of my vehicle to the large parking lot. Something that should have been. Thought I’d before putting my car behind it.
I left the dealership thinking, “this is not how Allison likes things”.
Jeffrey was womderful and so was my regular service specialist Mike Cornell. I am bringing my csr back for service, but I think there is some work that needs done on the customer facing from the newer employee.
I want the best for Allison’s dealership, otherwise, I wouldn’t have bothered to mention anything.
