I scheduled an appointment for 55,000 mile service, but it came up on your computer system as switching out summer tires for winter tires. I told the service writer to take that off and do the 55,000 mile service instead. What was done was a basic check, inspection, and looking at one tire. I didn't notice until I got back into my car that the 55,000 mile service wasn't done as requested.
