The check in was great. Got the text right away of the walk around of my vehicle.
90 minutes later still no updates via text as indicated upon check in. Went to the service desk to be told my car “must be out on test drive cause it’s not in the shop”.
Where were the text updates throughout? Then at 23k miles you suggest new tires? Seems weird for a new vehicle. Service desk people were helpful. No communication from the tech at all.

When I arrived I didn’t know to pull into the garage. I also was not notified that I would be receiving texts messages in regards to how the service was going, luckily I had my phone on ring.
