It was done in a timely manner and I got a loaner to use when we thought it was only going to be for the day but had to departs and when it turned out to be a couple days I was able to switch to a different loaner so I could fit my wife and kid plus all there ski stuff in it. Thank for making that happen.

The check in was great. Got the text right away of the walk around of my vehicle.
90 minutes later still no updates via text as indicated upon check in. Went to the service desk to be told my car “must be out on test drive cause it’s not in the shop”.
Where were the text updates throughout? Then at 23k miles you suggest new tires? Seems weird for a new vehicle. Service desk people were helpful. No communication from the tech at all.
