I scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation. Your service department called my son to inform him I needed new brake pads. $500. I just had this vehicle inspected two months ago. And I just bought it from you a year ago, so it should not need new brake pads. Something similar happened years ago when I took my prius in.I bought it from you. You inspected it one year and everything was fine. The next year I took it back to you and you told me that the seatbelts in the back wouldn’t pass. They were the same seatbelts from the previous year. They had some little fuzz pulls on them. You wanted over $700 to replace them. Plus when my son picked up my vehicle today, the service person he dealt with was a little short, borderline rude. I believe I am done having my vehicle serviced at Palmero, And I think I’m going to look elsewhere for my next vehicle
