Completely dissatisfied I will be going in for a third time on Tuesday for a different issue after your mechanic fixed a prior issue I went in for. Had to deal with rude customer service employees, did not get a call back after several VM’s were left. NO I don't NEED a free car wash.

Mark went out of his way to walk me over where service parked my car when the service was done and I appreciate that since I did not know which parking lot.
Mark had a friendly personality too.
But I expected my cars front window to at least be wiped off when they had to check fluid on my front wipers. Not just because you offer complimentary car wash which I don’t take since I am cautious on the brushes that could touch my brand new car and paint.
Not everyone would use the comp car wash, so it’s best to wipe off any residue left by the service tech.
The department may think it’s a small issue but it is an advice to consider.
