I have never waited so long for an oil change! Even though I had an appointment. I also waited one hour for the shuttle to pick me up. I was dropped off and picked up in Montclair not too far from the dealer. The entire process took about 3 1/2 hours, which I thought it was ridiculous since I had never waited so long before. I don’t think I will be going back to this dealer again
