Francisco was the worst service advisor I have ever encountered. No greet, no explanation, prints out service invoices and just points for signature. Looks pissed off the entire encounter. Not having a good day? Should not work in the service department. Vehicle was ready and parked in front of the advisor late in the day with me being the last customer there. Car was sitting for 30 mins while he was still chatting with two other service advisors in non work related topic. Then he just shouts towards me from his desk white I was watching TV and says “you ready?”. What exactly was I ready for??? No hey mister your vehicle is ready, no call, no text, no thank you. Again prints invoice ask me to sign and pay.
