I’ve worked with Joseph King for many years and re-scheduled, emphasize re-scheduled this service appt on a day I was told he would be working. I was disappointed to discover that he was not working that day as I was told when I rescheduled my appointment. I was not dissatisfied with the actual service but am in my customer experience.
