No need to contact me.. I am a return customer, satisfied with customer service of Vance.. But not with Joseph King who doesn’t respond to messages or questions and did not bother give any updates on my car. Dropped off my vehicle at 7:30 and received one message at 11am to ask if I have questions.. but whwn I asked a question, he didn’t respond back.. sent another message at 2pm ans no response as well.. then tried to call and was transferred to his voicemail. Tried calling again and transferred multiple times.. finally I was shuttled back to pick up my car before 4 pm and he was not around.. never met thus guy face to face at all.. and another rep came to help but was not friendly at all.. gave me my receipt and didn’t even provide the code for car wash.. i had to ask another service rep for it.. Overall a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.. The only saving grace was the shuttle driver who was very courteous

My appointment was at 11:15. I had a long wait because many were busy while others were at lunch. When Joseph got to me he was very polite & helpful. The main thing I needed today was another key fob & to find out why my car locks me out when the key is inside. No one had an answer. The person helping me with that was not Joseph.
