My vehicle was dropped off morning of 11/01 @ 8'ish. I had to call for an update at 4pm since I had not heard anything, only to be told they had to keep it overnight and again a loaner was available. I never received any update on 11/02 and had to call again at 1:50 for the information. I expected a little more follow-up.

Great service! My car was towed to Metro. I was very concerned because my dashboard was flashing that I had brake system failure and needed to see dealer. Brian called me and stated it was a bad battery that caused the problemIt affected the computer system.. The battery was replaced for free under warranty..
