I would have liked to get a checklist from safety inspection showing what was done, what was topped off, A/C remaining, brake pad measurements, etc. upon checkout. When I asked the service advisor these questions, he answered the brake pad question but all other answers were general, not specific to my truck.

I’m satisfied with Gary, but NOT with Honda. There is another spot on my roof that is starting. It’s small now, but that’s how the others started. I want to know WHY this spot was not repaired. Fix Auto had to see it as they were repairing the other spots. I do NOT want to go thru this process again. Honda Corporation knew this car was painted with defective paint. The entire car should be repainted because these spots will continue to appear.
