When I received the vehicle there was oil on the hood/fender. Gary immediately took care of it. When I got home I noticed it left a couple oil spots on the driveway and in the garage after oil change/service. It’s never dripped a drop before. I came back to Metro and Gary immediately had the technician correct it.

No need for a call. Most of the service was good. Only thing lacking was the communication about what was going on with the car. You had it all day and I had to call for an update. Where I was told there was other things being listed on the quote and that my car will need to stay over night.

It took 45 minutes to check in. People arriving after me were checked in before me, even though I had an appointment. The new computer system was implemented today, but it appears management did nothing to reduce appointments to accommodate for advisors’ needs to learn the system. Parts were not available for my service. I called and texted to get the status of my vehicle, but got no response. Worried service would close without getting my vehicle, I went to the dealership only to find my car still wasn’t done and I had to wait another 45 minutes. I arrived at 7:30am, but did not get my car until after 5:45. That seems excessive for an oil change and break pads. Advisors were courteous and friendly, but it was obvious they were as frustrated and unsupported as I felt.
