Had a mishap with picking up our Odyssey. The parking brake was set before we picked up our car. My wife drove the car off the lot with the parking brake on. She was unaware of what was going on and brought the car back. We received great care from the staff to ensure that all was OK and it was just the Emergency break that was set. We felt the service was great.
