On my arrival I did have an appointment which was a good idea and was very early but was worried something else would have to be taken care of. Was wrote up by another service writer. Brian went above and beyond to secure customer satisfaction. He had the car for a full day working on a Headlight Problem message, didn’t find anything faulty, reset the code, tested it, and then didn’t charge even the diagnostic fee. This is striving for customer delight, not merely satisfaction. (I can appreciate this, as I work in service for a manufacturer of capital equipment, where customer demands go way past what’s reasonable to most ordinary folks.) Too many people in the service industry don’t fully understand “customer service”, but Brian’s actions will keep us returning to your dealership.
