I was lied to about what was needed on my car. Your service team is advantageous and wrong. My front camera did not need replacing calibrating or anything. I was quoted $1100 for something that is just fine. Your technician and service advisor should both be fired for this corrupt practice. I took drove my car away and miraculously the errors for lane mitigation, braking and such magically cleared. This morning a car came to a dead stop while doing an illegal u turn. Guess what? The car braked and measured the distance just fine. Thank God I trusted my gut yesterday and did not allow for a cost that was not required. I have lost trust on your company. It’s too bad because you are my local dealer and a mile from my house. Just become a woman hits a curb, doesn’t mean that a story can be fabricated. You should be honest that is always the #1 policy. Please take a hard look at why someone would do this. Is it that they get paid more of the service amount is higher? Shame on your organization. I did nothing to the vehicle from the moment I left your dealer. The errors are all clear. And the camera system works just fine. The only thing that is off, is the cover to the camera. No calibration, no replaced parts, no body shop or other “master technician needed. Awful!!

I asked for a quote on service via the web , never heard anything. Then I called and someone was supposed to call me back. The 2nd time I called finally got some where. Was disappointed that I put in approval of work via the text link I got then had to call hours later to discover no one saw it and then I was disappointed that they didn’t wash my car after all that.
