Overall, I was happy with the job.
But my children’s car seat was removed and not replaced, stuff in my center console was touched, all my settings were changed and random things were put in my glove compartment, like air freshener (that leaked). It was difficult re-installing my child’s car seat at 7pm, in the dark by myself. I would expect if my car was dropped off for service, it would be returned in the same state. I’ve never had that happen before. Unless it’s a recall, I wouldn’t use the service department again.
