Brian truly went above and beyond to make sure that my starter system got replaced before the end of day so I could safely make my scheduled drive to San Francisco. He tracked down the part and personally picked it up and took it to the service tech so they could replace it. I am so truly and thoroughly appreciative that I lucked into Brian helping me when I drove in without an appointment. He truly saved my day and was so kind while he did it. He was honest about the risks of not repairing the problem asap and was upfront about the time frame to fix it, which I appreciate. Then he worked his magic and in less than 30 minutes, I was safely on my way. I can’t thank Brian and the service techs enough for their help. Thanks for the A+ service!
