I have a Costco 15% coupon that was not applied to the entire cost of the service. I initially paid $100 for diagnostic fee. Then I authorized a repair the following day. The total cost of repair is $269.35 and the $100 was applied so the remaining balance is $169.35. However, the 15% coupon was only applied against the balance instead of the total cost. I believe the coupon should be for the entire service. Thank you.
