My rep Mr. Wiseman was great. But as soon as I drove away, the warning light about my car right sliding door came on. That is disappointing as I left my cat there the entire day and they couldn’t did anything wrong. So I have to come back again.

When I checked my own records I had my transmission serviced a year ago. This service was recommended to me on my visit today. I don’t believe it needed servicing today.

I received the inspection report and approved 2 areas of concern. One was wiper blades, the other was a flush of the braking system. Neither was done. It was explained to me since the wipers were after market they couldn't be changed. The brakes weren't flushed because I was told that I declined the service. Another sales associate said I must have clicked wrong. (I didn't, irritating to automatically blame me), I showed them my screen. They said they were having problems with the system. I dropped off my car at 8;00am and I approved the inspection at 8:45am but my car wasn't done until 3:00pm when all that was done was an oil change. If you know you are having problems with your system, then I suggest the old style of calling your customers.
