Very slow attending at first receiving 10 minutes waiting. Confusing cashier when went to pick up. I could tell so I went to back wait wait wait one guy attending customer when finish he went back without telling it’s part service later I was told by other worker Very confusing how this place operates. No sign for cashier or other function such as part sale where use to be cashier. Need operation made clear. No standing service reps like use to be. Much better write orders as cars come in
Today I felt like other dealer. Not canyon Honda. I miss Bryant. I heard he is at Acura side
