I can't say enough about the customer service at Weir Canyon Honda...I called last Saturday afternoon and spoke to Moises Gonzalez.i told him that my daughter's 2018 Honda Civic that the air conditioner wasn't cooling...he told me to bring it in at 7 a.m. and he would have the technician look at it..there was a recall on the condenser in 2022...Moises told me that they had a new condenser in stock....the car was ready by 9:30... that's what I call great customer service....on a scale of 1 to 10...Moises Gonzalez is at 10+

Darrell was very professional, personable and accommodating. I really appreciated getting a courtesy vehicle provided as I am a full-time caregiver for my mother who suffered a stroke. Darrell was fine and helpful - no complaints. Upon arriving, I waited in my car for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from any team member who passed by me - and there were many. Finally, I went inside and waited until someone helped me. I don’t mind waiting but I would like to be acknowledged - or are we supposed to go inside and wait now? Either is fine, I just would like direction.
Also, I realized after I left that my car wasn’t washed. I’m not sure why not - in the past, if this has happened, someone mentioned it and said bring it back any time. I never have but I appreciate the thought.
Overall, better communication is needed if you’re trying for top notch customer service.
