Caesar listened to our issues and for the most part the repair has helped. Since the repair the trunk has opened correctly. We did have a couple occasions since then when the trunk would not close ( it would pop back up and beep) - after multiple attempts the trunk would finally close. Will watch to see if this bug continues or gets worse. If so we will bring the car back in.

Overall, the experience was fine. I came in for routine service. I shared an error I saw when driving my car for service when checking in. When I received the call informing me that my car was ready for pick up, I asked about the error. I was told Honda was not able to recreate the error, so they didn’t know what the problem was. When I picked up my car about 30 minutes after I received the call, I was informed that Honda identified the error and fixed it. I was charged $100 to fix it. I wish I was informed about the cost prior to moving forward fixing the problem.
