I got a new tire on Friday June 2nd, and The air pressure light sensor came on as soon as I left the dealership, I cleared it as soon as I got home but the next morning it came back on again, so I stopped at the dealership today Saturday June 3rd and waited 25 minutes and no one came out to ask anything, they had at least 6 or 7 cars waiting at the service station, no one being helped.
I couldn’t wait any longer had an appointment somewhere else, so I left..!!
Too disappointing..!!

Joshua was an extremely helpful and courteous service representative. I’ve been a loyal Honda owner for over 40 years at Weir Canyon Honda. I've generally had good experience with the service center. Just a few times that I felt unhappy. This experience with Josh made me feel that someone cared about me as a customer more than any time before. We had been having recurring problems with our Pilot emission system after multiple services. This particular assessment recomended a replacement of a part that was it considered under the Hondacare warranty. Joshua submitted a request to Honda on our behalf to see if there was any ability to cut the cost. No service tech has ever offered to do that before. Not sure that it's offered that often but he care enough to send a request made me feel like I was a valued customer, a person, knowning the repair cost was great. I really appreciate his service and reaffirms why I will be at Weir Canyon for year's to come.
