I came for a key. My service advisor was kind and helpful, but I am not sure why it took an hour to make a key and why it was necessary to check my tires multiple times to get a key made. Nor why my service agreement listed an alignment. It was not busy. I kind of got the feeling that they were trying to find a way to make me spend more money. All I wanted was a key. The whole situation made me uneasy, I will not be coming back for future service.
